How long is the course?

That depends on your current knowledge and study habits. You can take up to 3 months to complete the course. The course is equal to 40 hours of classroom instruction.

You also get up to 2 hours of personal coaching by email or phone, if you want it.

What are the exams like?

The exams are based on the course workbook that you get. If you study the material you should have no problem with the exams. The questions are multiple choice from the chapters in the workbook. You can answer a few questions, put it aside for awhile and do something else. Come back to it when you're ready.

When you finished the exam just email it back to us. That's all there is to it.

What if I don't pass the exam?

You can retake the exam as many times as you like. There is a $20.00 fee for each time you retake the exam.

What if I have questions about something?

You get 2 hours of personal coaching that's included with your enrollment. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding U.S. holidays) by email. Phone support is available Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM eastern time.
