How long is the course?

That depends on your current knowledge and study habits. You can take up to 3 months to complete the course. The course is equal to 16 hours of classroom instruction.

You also get up to 1 hour of personal coaching by email or phone if you need it.

What are the exams like?

The exams are based on the course workbook that you get. If you study the material you should have no problem with the exams. The questions are multiple choice from the chapters in the workbook. You can answer a question or two. Put it aside and do something else. Come back to it when you're ready.

When you finished the exam just email it back to us. That's all there is to it.

What if I don't pass the exam?

You can retake the exam as many times as you like. There is a $20.00 fee for each time you retake the exam.

What if I have questions about something?

You get 1 hour of personal coaching and help with your enrollment. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding U.S. holidays) by email. Phone support is available Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM eastern time.

How much is the course and what type of payments do you take?

What is covered in the workbook?

The workbook is over 50 pages and very comprehensive and detailed. Case studies are included. The workbook is your's. When you enroll in the course you will receive an email with your username and password to login and download the workbook. The download is in a .zip format. The actual workbook is in an Adobe PDF format.

It is highly recommended that when you enroll you use your personal email address where you can check the spam, junk or bulk folder for the email with the download information. If you use your company email address the email probably will not get to you and you can't retrieve it.
